This former quarryman’s cottage is ideal for getting away from it all on a family holiday in Cornwall. Isolated and atmospheric with spectacular coastal views over Dunderhole Point, this rural retreat is a 15 minute walk from the village of Tintagel. This is the place to indulge in Arthurian myth and legend, or if activity breaks are more your style, there's lots of great routes for walking and cycling holidays.
Need To Know
The hostel is self catering only, but there are pubs in the village a mile away. YHA Tintagel is down an unsurfaced, unlit track so remember to bring a torch.
Enjoy your breakfast gazing out to sea before strolling to Trebarwith Strand for a family day at the beach. If you're looking for something a bit more challenging, try walking or cycling as part of an activity break and see what this fantastic area has to offer.
