The Space A lovely, spacious annexe for 2 - 4 people set in the foothills of Dartmoor National Park, yet in easy reach of a small market town. It has a private entrance, large studio style area.
Wisteria House Annexe
The annexe is a lovely light and airy space, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has a boot room for muddy boots and wet coats, plus a great lobby to pop your bags/cases in or bikes if you wish! You are completely private from the main house and in an amazing area to explore the delights of Dartmoor and surrounding area, not to mention beaches on both the north and south coasts.
This is a lovely location to take some time out and explore Devon. The Granite way is a 5 minute cycle from the door, winding it's way to Lydford. This 12km ride offers unrivalled views of the moors from the Meldon Viaduct. Long walks and cosy village pubs are less than a 10 minute drive, and the coast is a mere 40 minutes to one hours simple journey away. The local town offers all the amenities you would need, selling local produce, swimming pool, gym and cinema, plus three good pubs, 2 great Indian restaurants and a contemporary restaurant. Great coffee shop called Toast too.
If you wish to book please email me. There will be a 50% non refundable deposit of the full amount payable at time of booking via bank transfer.
Also only 35 minutes from the historical cathedral city of Exeter, which boasts a newly refurbished museum, many delicious eateries, the lovely river Exe to go canoeing/kayaking or cycling along, or simply browsing the shops and ally ways.
(There is a sofa bed if you wish to bring 2 more people). Bedding for this will be an extra to be negotiated at time of booking-unless you bring your own.
