The old Masonic B&B is a listed building situated in a conservation area near to the Centre of the historic market town of Shepton Mallet, which nestles in the beautiful Mendip Hills. Enjoy a warm and friendly welcome in our grade 2 listed Lodge. Steeped in history, once a mill, then home to an order of nuns, and later on a Masonic lodge, with shops, cafes and bars within a few hundred yards. Enjoy the freedom of the guest kitchen for your convenience. Free WiFi. To reach the old Masonic Lodge from National cycle Route 3 is a pleasant cycle ride through the beautiful Croscombe Valley. All cyclists are welcome to lock their bicycles up at the rear of the Lodge. We have a large tumble dryer which is free to use should you happen to get a little wet on the way. Shepton Mallet is surrounded by beautiful Somerset lanes and byways offering interesting cycling to mountain bikers and and road bikes. we are always happy to pass on our local knowledge to help you plan your days cycling. We offer a 5% discount to all cyclists compared to our website price when booked over the phone or via e-mail, please mention cyclists discount when booking.
