The Lochs & Glens cycle route is arguably the most specactular signed route in Scotland. From Carlisle the route follows quiet country roads through artists' favourite Dumfries and Galloway. Traffic-free routes guide riders through bustling Glasgow before heading North in to Loch Lommond National Park.

From here on in the peaks loom and the lochs glisten as the route winds north through the Highlands. Fully signed as Route 7 with many lovely towns to stop, comfort and wilderness are perfectly combined.
